The TV series „Traumhaus oder raus“ or “Dream house or out” gives homes a fair chance via a competition between an interior designer and a real estate agent.

This means either a clever renovation or possibly a new dream house, both having the goal of a happy and new living situation.

The interior designer Sasha Rossmann (40) will prove with a renovation that an old home can still match its owners. “through my concept the family will no longer move out and it will become their dream home” promises the Interior Designer.

She stays within budget provided by the family and attempts with her team to transform the old into new.

Meanwhile real estate agent Michael Sawal (50) checks out houses and selects 3 alternatives which he will convince them into buying “many families need something new! With the new property I will be offering something much better”.

After the family has seen the renovations for the first time they must come to a very tricky decision: staying oder moving out: “Traumhaus oder raus”?
